My name is Blake Jackson and I am the owner/ chef at Drake Catering in Shreveport, LA. Sometimes you don’t know what you are getting yourself into, but food found me and I’m glad it did. Drake is the labor of an entire family that has always supported my dreams, and now, they are the backbone of our operation. My brother in law, Andre Dicharry, is my co-chef, bringing his cajun culinary touch from Bunkie, LA. My parents are an unwavering source of ideas and help. My siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephew are the best taste testers around. And my friends are always willing to tie on an apron and lend a hand at events. Good friends, good family, good food!
